I’m sorry, there’s how many issues in Secret Invasion???
According to io9, picking up every single issue of Marvel’s Secret Invasion (including prologues) will cost upwards of 400 dollars, and the trades will run 350.
I’ve gotten a little tired of this. DC and Marvel started playing around with these big cross-overs in the 80s. DC has run a little nuts with it, but overall have done a better job.
But Marvel…certainly the whole Civil War thing was significant, but it is looking like we are getting a repeat of Marvel, ultimately, being wossy.
In Secret Wars, everything changed…for about 3 months. Over the past couple decades, how many times have we had ALL THE MUTANTS FALL DOWN DIE GET POWERLESS TURN INTO APPLE JACKS OR EATEN BY DARK PHOENIX only to have them all be OK at the end of the day?
