Dear Brian Gordon,
Perhaps you are confused by the ‘lingo’.  The prosecutors ‘forced the case through’ (whatever that means), and turned the place into a crime scene because, wait for it, a crime was committed.
I don’t know did about Wisconsin, but I’m assuming that child neglect and murder are crimes there.
Including murder in the name of god.
Hm…who else kills in the name of god?
Oh, yeah, like those 9/11 hijackers, and a whole lot of jihadis all over, and religious nuts everywhere.
When your child dies because you don’t take care of them, its murder, no matter who’s name you do it in.
