So, the BSA probably thinks that the below says “Those homosexuals and atheists forced us to do this”.  Personally, I think it says “Our bigoted and hateful attitudes have been rejected by modern society so we have to scramble just to exist in a world that doesn’t want us”.
But thats just me, I suppose
Scout councils defend logging of their lands

As a result, he said, “every council has looked at ways to generate funds … and logging is one of them.”

The advertisement, however, says, “There’s probably no God. Now stop worrying and enjoy your life,” and seems condescending toward other faiths. It does not make sense to seek equality and understanding of your ideas and then demean those of others.

This is condescending??  How about being told that the bogeyman is going to steal your soul and put you in his evil castle if you aren’t good?
I’ve said before that atheist campaigns should try to not be insulting, but to say that atheists are condescending by voicing their beliefs and Christians are respectful when talking about sky gods and eternal damnation is just bullshit.
