<p>In short, so long as the cops THINK they are doing the right thing, you have no 4th Amendment Rights.&nbsp; <br />They can arrest you, go into your car, pockets, and I&#8217;m assuming your house, and anything they find is A-OK.&nbsp; All that matters is that they believe they are within the law.</p>
